Title: NEED NEW WEAPONS..!!

The server doesn't have a perfect match making because the VIP's have Sniper and Hydra which affects other non-vip players to be in a trouble.So, I just want to say that if VIP players/members have special powers then non-vip players must have a effective weapon to kill..
Please add new weapons for the non-vip players..!!

Pick any class at any time (no more full classes)
Car tuning commands:
Colours: /cc
Wheels & hydraulics: /wheel
Nitro: /nos (/nitro)
Extra weapons
Chainsaw: /saw
Sniper rifle: /sniper
Katana: /kata
Rifle: /rifle
All-in-one command: tune your car and get chainsaw and sniper: /vipme
Change your skin to any skin you want (/vskin) and keep it so you'll always spawn with that skin (/saveskin and /resetskin)
Special chat command: /vsay
VIP Chat
VIP status on forums that grants you access to a VIP board
Voice on IRC so you can chat in the VIP chat ingame

It's undeniable that only a tiny part of current VIPs wouldn't have donated if they hadn't been promised special powers (as you call it). If you suggest to make those special powers irrelevant by giving the rest of player similar advantages, what would the motivation to donate be?

This suggestion has been made, more or less in the same way, several times already, and the answer is always the same. Unfortunately, those special powers wouldn't be have such a noticeable impact on the rest of players' gameplay if VIPs used them against other VIPs. But, as you may have noticed, practically all the VIPs refuse to shoot other VIPs (even if they aren't friends and have never talked to each other) and prefer to work together to hunt down the newbies.
