Your idea sounds nice and fun. Besides, real world P-51s, which are prototypes of rustlers, were capable of carrying 2 bombs under the wings. Nevertheless, I don't really want it to be added. Use hydra if you want to bomb, rustlers are fine as they are. Besides, I can hardly imagine how to implement it. At least rustlers with bombs should loose maneuverability...

For reasons already mentioned here (that's basically what a hydra is for, and it would make the Rustler a bit too powerful), this won't be added.
