• The date you were banned - 2/4/2017 12:21:57
• The staff member who banned you (If it was the system write 'System' and if you don't know write 'Unknown') - Unknown
• Extra space for you to explain what happened - Well, I have no idea at all. The time I got banned, I was playing as a security then suddenly it said I was banned for Vehicle Health Hack. I never ever hacked in any server, you guys can check my GTA San Folders aswell if you guys don't believe. The main point here I want to say is that I was wrongly fully banned hence posting this appeal.

Unbanned. Uninstall any cheats/mods you have. If you get banned for anything again your next punishment will be much more severe.
