Remove pizzaboy in Flint County

I suggest changing the pizzaboy motorcycles and placing the sanchez motorcycles on the flint country map simply because this motorcycle can not climb the hills

By the way, I would find it useful if more Cropdusters were added to the field close to FC civilian spawn (around 5-6). It would eliminate the problem of getting anywhere close to the action and it would come along well with the general planes (ok, rustlers) number increment over all maps.
