Click to "Profile" on menu of forum. Then click to "Forum Profile". Then you can see the "Signature" place. Put the image url in between them:

You have to do it like as:

[img]http://img.webme.com/pic/p/pplv/cobra2_sign_v3.png[/img]
It will look like this:
