More power for admins but with no abuse pls

Hi all.well as you all can see we just have 3 head admins,Jonne Fimpen and Friauf.From these 3 Head Admins just 1 of them will check the game once a week less or more but in different timezone.there are lotta problems that needs to be fixed but one and the important one we can say,is the ability to change the name.When you wanna change your name,you have to pm these 3 Head admins to chanhe your name but they will reply our pm like some ages later or they wont change it by some bullshit reasons.As fact some admins in PTP are useless like some of Moderators.but it could be good if the ability of changing the names would add for Admins,the amount of admins in PTP is more than head admins so whoever wants to change his name,he can pm an admin in game or on forum to change his name.Also some Head Admin commands can be added for  admins

I think that on forums there should be a Name Change Application type of Board in which players who need a change in name may post an application for changing names and then any admin who comes online anytime can clear out the name change check list and post that these names have been changed.

let me give you a example,When you report someone or make a Ban Apeal when will admins reply?1 day later?2 days later or more?PMing in game or on forums is better but your suggestion is good too if admins will do it....

Why not give that power to the mods(and everyone above the mod level too)? The mods can already ban people(with proof of course), so why not give them the power to change names? It's not like it's that big of a responsibility..

Admins are never tired of changing names of players. But if you are continuously asking for admins to change your name then it is fucking annoying. They are not here just for name changes. They also have to handle the script and other stuffs. Me too every time got my name changed within few minutes and never had problem regarding the name changing system. No need to change it. Why the fuck every one want to change the whole server system.

What commands admins / mods have is none of the "normal" players business. We have discussions on what commands admins / mods have access to internally if we want to change it.
