Another Advice, Using Voting system, we can choose Leader of ... (secs,swats,police,terror,civls etc.)
Voting Can Symbolical Or Not-Symbolical(Choosen Person got of ... (we can talk later abaut it))
Voting Can I Think temporal.
Also I Thnik Choosen Person can got tags or system gives us tag.
i think voting can requested by /vote o(for police /vote w (for swats) etc.
Ithink That can be cool , can be symbolical
