Uthar has a good point here, it will be overpowered if the president will be able to swim. So -1.

But Presi can Die due to Lung Capacity due to being underwater right?

Of course the maps which include such exploits can have specific measures to prevent Presi from Camping in water like the water camping system.

But what about maps like Flint county where there's hard to find any proper surface to grab onto and come back and boats near the points where one is prone to fall off into water.

And one simply either needs to counter with another boat or use grenades to take out the protecting forces.

and can the Parameters of the map be extended? It will solve like 90% of the problem as the MAJORITY of the tactic involves abusing the World's invisible wall.

Keep the water camping rule WITH NOTICE in maps where it can be abused the most like Flint County (which Ironically has the most chances of getting affected by it with no means of escape as well).

But with possible alternatives to avoid it like having:

1.)More spawned Boats.
2.)Ramps (only in select limited areas).
3.)Predators?
