Happened with me too (i have no idea how i could pass through it) but i think it's a samp bug and not server sided.

Just take the bike in top speed, you may or may not pass inside beforing opening. Depends on luck

This bug happens so rare, it's sa-mp or gta san andreas bug. Not related to PTP I think..

It is north san andreas not los santos but yes I have seen this bug.It happens more when my ping is high.

This is a SAMP bug, can't really do anything about it.
