Since it happened last year, and you haven't been evading, I would unban you. However, since your brother is banned at the moment, you can't join the game yet, so you'll be unbanned at the same time as him.
Since this is not the first time it happens, you'll be unbanned in 2 weeks, on 5 July. Use this time to read the rules carefully and make sure it doesn't happen again. Do not join the game before it says here you're unbanned (this counts for everyone using your connection), or your ban will be extended.
