I think the server is fine the way it is.

We just need more active admins to deal with hackers in-game.

Unfortunately I don't think there's going to be “major” upgrades or changes that will meet your expectations. Try focusing on the game mode and I'm sure you're going to love it

If you're making this suggestion, it seems like you probably weren't around when 0.3c came out and Deagle drivebying was enabled- it was only allowed in PTP for as long as it took to see the problem and disable it. I remember being in a car of four and easily taking down another car of terrorists with combats. If you were President, you could DB people to death before they got close enough to do significant damage. This was without lagcomp- it would be insane if it were enabled now.
