Well, that exact sniper aim was because of my HUD. i. e. GTA V HUD. It doesn't affect the whole gameplay. It just makes the target just like the one in GTA V. And the sniper has a exact and sharp hitting point.
If the admins think this affects others gameplay, then I will delete it ASAP. And the no damage thing, I don't have any shitty mods that make me invincible. I have CLEO only for that HUD MOD. I have got the same complains from Yan too. But I don't know how this happens.
