Date it occurred: Some 20 minutes ago
Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Still begging for VIP after tasting the punishment from Friauf (although Safi got banned but Subhan is his brother and I think they share same IP to play PTP). I still told him for his better coming days not to ask but it seems as he won't learn and he want to get beaten a hard way.

As long as they don’t spam (for example by resending the same message more than once) in the main chat, they’re not violating the rules. In such case we recommend you using the /ignore command.
