The evidence you provided is insufficient to prove anything here. We are not able to clearly state whether the reported players were only defending themselves while taking an armour after getting spawned (which is allowed) or were camping on the armour spawn ignoring their team duty.
The best option to solve such cases is to report them in-game so an online staff member can check it by watching them for a longer time.
