Fixes:- /cc set slower
- /rc in vehicles disabled
- Wrong message on map end
- Respawn vehicles on map end
- Set cams lower on map end
- Set "Spawn protection" and "Player used /sync" labels closer
- Changed spawned protection (Health flashing now)
- Security no longer respawns when jailed
- Players now have godmode in jail
- Weapon commands disabled in jail
- /kill disabled for president
- /sync sets camera behind player
- Fixed bug when deaths don't register (needs to be tested, not sure if I 100% fixed it)
