fix things in spawn

Please fix when still in spawn-protection disallow the damage of bullets to all class not only civilians

I'd prefer to keep it as it is because the current scripting (letting players shoot from spawn without losing spawn protection) makes the enemy team members that are camping outside and nearby places to go away from spawn.

Ex: if this suggestion is accepted, terrorists who chased a President running back to presi spawn and killed him, will just wait outside presi spawn and hunt him(new president) again right from his spawn. Currently it is easier for secs/ to clear out the spawn area while staying in spawn protection, and that makes the terrorists fall back as soon as they are done killing their target who ran back to spawn.

It isn't exactly a bug or error. It is intentional.

It is only rational that a security gets to shoot the intruder at the security spawn without suffering any damage.

Besides it's somewhat the same for Cops who shoot Hostiles at their spawn, they lose their Spawn Protection.

It was added for civilians as they can kill eachother, and would be shooting people who just lost their spawn protection. Other classes don't have this problem, so they don't have that kind of spawn protection. Also, I think it's important to keep it, as Saurabh mentioned, people won't be camping right outside the spawn as the other team could just shoot them.
