If they want to get unbanned, they need to stop ban evading in the very first place.

The original ban was given by Uthar. Wait for him to handle this appeal and notify this 'call' that they are not allowed to join the game right now.

Any normal person would've rejected your appeal right now (meaning your next chance of ban appeal would be in 6 months). So be grateful and do as I say

23 ban evades, multiple of which you were banned for hacking.
I give you one more chance to be able to play like a normal player. Unban date will be extended 1 month, meaning you will be unbanned on 27 September. If you ban evade one more time, it's bye bye Plan B for at least 6 months.
