Random computer freeze
« on: September 14, 2018, 03:44:16 pm »
Hey guys
Recently , I have upgraded my machine and facing a problem since few days . There is a random freezing of computer most probably after 30-35 mins after switching ON the pc . The randomness of freezing could be anytime - watching videos , browsing internet , playing games or sometimes even in idle position . Freezing causes everything to stop with mouse keyboard not working and a buzzing sound through headphones .

googled it and tried few fixes .
i have tried to check event logs of windows .
updated drivers sets , gpu drivers , windows , antivirus .
opened case and gave a good wash , checked all connections and peripherals .
ran a system check for viruses .
checked bios settings for any misbehavior .
changed power management from power saving to balanced power .
lowered cpu usuage from 100% to 80% .
nothing worked
changed from windows 10 to windows 7 still the fucking same problem .

Gone through tons of videos and articles related but nothing help .

PLZZ HALP

I had a similar problem maybe due to ram failure
Check your ram and fit it tightly

Same thing happened for me before I wanted to upgrade my PC.
But I think the problem must be from your Ram,Cpu or motherboard

control panel>system and security>power options>edit plan settings>change advanced p.s. >processor power management>then there, ive changed something and laptop stopped freezing. Make your system cooling cap. at passive and maximun processor state at 2%

Thanks fruity i have tried that already but it dint help.
Btw problem now is fixed, i was going through a video of the guy facing same problem, in comments i there was a weird fix, i thought of trying that.. The fix was to disable the nvidea HD audio from device manager and bam my pc fixed magically lol... According to that comment there was a driver conflict between realtek audio driver and nvidea audio driver..it was funny since both of these drivers are for different purposes but disabling it,  did fix my problem.
