This has happens to me as well. What I figured out is that the VGA port which is the output port between graphics card and monitor stopped working temprorily and switched to default VGA port(one is present in your mother board). If you want to check if that's the case, next time when this happens try to switch the cable to default VGA. (You'll get a potato resolution if you use default VGA port)
To fix try to disable the default output port for VGA and restart, should help. Hope it helps.

You should then re-apply the thermal paste. You can watch a couple of tutorials on YouTube on how to do that, but if you're not sure about doing it yourself then have someone experienced do that.

That's not that hot- it might be a power issue, or there is a setting somewhere that makes it shut off at 75°C.

Ok,, Thanks for trying to help me but it still unresolved! So what i did is :

I Re-Checked all the setings, Cables, etc.. and i noticed that the gpu fan stop after my desktop goes black which usually occurs @ 85*C or above.. Plus i used to play samp with this pc for years and never encounter these type of issues. I dont know whats wrong now. Maximum time i can play game now is 10 min. It reached to 80*C in just 10 min..

And whats with Thermal paste thing?

 :'( :'( :'(

The temperature of your entire case is 85 degrees or just your CPU? In either case, if you haven't touched anything for years then it might be time to re-apply the thermal compound, like I said in my last comment.

Might be a good idea to check what's the maximum temperature your CPU should reach when it's put on heavy load.

Last, but not least, is to check if your power supply unit (PSU) is dying. Which might be one of the reasons that your operating system is disabling/shutting down some things, to prevent any damage to the components.

And whats with Thermal paste thing?

Here is a good guide on what is a thermal compound/paste and how to re-apply it easily.
