Since the topic on restricting bike mega jumps was locked, here is a my suggestion for making bikes more fair, from my original post:

Greg LeMond Presidents [on mountain bikes] are often unreasonably difficult to stop, even if you can keep up, because you can't have a gunner on a bike (easily) and it's difficult to driveby him and not the bike, which is invincible. I think it would be better to make the bike's health actually mean something. If the bike's health gets down to 250, blow it up like a car or better, make it "break" (unable to speed up, like you can't pedal).

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous that it speeds up faster than a NRG and it's just plain stupid that it's indestructible.

you cant phisically destroy a bike in samp, you can only drown it.
Might as well just not let the president to drive bmx would be a better idea.

Yes, it can be destroyed with proper scripting. I've seen s bike exploded many years ago in another SAMP server.
 I'm against this suggestion.

I'm not exactly sure what effect the vehicle health has on a bike, but we'll test it and see what's possible.
