Can't screenshot in ingame

yo i'have a problem i'can't screenshot in ingame i'press F8 and it's write "Unable to save screenshot." anyone can help please ?

Well, you just have to change screen resolution "Options > Display Setup > Advanced > Resolution" :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mjc-NjkBZaA

P.S : Try to find minor problems solution in google.
