If you need to add a clan tag, we have to verify that with someone in the clan, so we can make sure you have actually joined that clan. There's enough admins and levels 5s around to change your name, so if one doesn't answer, you can always ask someone else. We can do it outside of the game as well, so you or the admin doesn't have to be online in order to change it.
