Dear PTP Staff,

Communication is key and with the recent outage I think you forgot this important part of running a game server.

- Not a single announcement regarding the outage in Information or News & Updates. You put up a message on the forum banner saying "Server is back up, we've temporarily changed the IP: planbserver.com:7777" and that was it.
- Now you change back to the old IP, you leave the message on top of the website and still not a single announcement.

So my issue with this is:
- No/bad communication.
- Incorrect information being displayed right now.


Suggestion:
Please remove the banner and be a little more open about outages in the future. Even for a regular like me the switching back to the old server without an announcement was a bit confusing.

Jonne is being lazy. He didn't remove the holiday update till now though the holidays are over and the new year has passed 27 days.

Reading this made me realize how hard it is to run a server and dedicate your valuable time for the benifit of other people. I don't blame him for anything now. His reply should answer your questions.
