Well its not allowed i think but you can use similar animation by typing a cmd /sit in game

Animation mods are not allowed, we already have animation feature, type /anims in game.

I had a history teacher in the school who used to say that the cheat sheets are allowed, but if he spots anyone using it, they will receive zero points for the test.

Same is here. By default all mods are allowed and it's your responsibility whether the mod you use gives you an advantage which is unobtainable without any mods (= cheat). So if this mod does exactly the same as specific serverside commands, you can theoretically use it... But if it contains any implicit features that give you an advantage, you will get banned. So I don't recommend using it, we have dozens of serverside animations (as CaniS said, use /anims to get the list) already.

I'll repeat myself. You might get banned if and only if your mod provides any sort of an unfair advantage over other players.

Anyways... You asked if you are banned, I checked the logs and found that the Anticheat banned you on the 25th of February. It doesn't look like a bug. So you have been evading your ban since that date.

You'll have to post a ban appeal in order to play again.

That wasn't this mod.In the game i saw some player shooting as passengers of cars and bikes and thought it was a mod.After using it for the first time I was banned and didn't know what happened. Couldn't play the whole day next day I was able to play again.I doubt it and used it for the second time and I was again banned and I became sure that the mod was causing the ban and deleted it instantly.I couldn't play for some days.Later I was able to play again.

Thanks for this reply. Preventing players from using their mods that don't have any harm towards others is a mistake. It could be a reason for some making them drift away from the server.
