Sometimes its slow and other times really fast O.o

I also had a doubt she's using this after watching her gameplay:
from the begining of the video, she was normal, but as you can see at (0:08) she stops to toggle the cheat, and here she starts to change sides very quickly just like she had a fast skin

Yep you can clearly see it from this position

She's using a mod that can change your skin on the client side. She asked if the mod was allowed before she started using it, we allowed it since it's mostly a visual mod. But another effect of the mod is that you can change it to a fast skin on your side, while still having a normal skin to everyone else. I don't think it's a problem in this case, since she already has access to fast skins anyway.
