Seeing that this was your second (!) permanent ban and you kept evading it, you won't be unbanned at the moment. If you ever want to get unbanned, you should completely refrain from evasions. This means that you should not try to join the game while being banned, completely, at all, and watch your brothers and hamsters not doing the same.

You can post another appeal in 6 month time, after the 14th of March, 2021. Head Admins will handle it, but I assure you that they won't even look at it if you keep evading your ban.
