[Added]Race waiting Time + More racer slots

Hello Everyone,
I want to suggest that the race timing should directly gets off if the total number of slots of racers are filled,the waiting time is so annoyed till race starts....
The racer slots should be increased to 10 or whatever you like but more then 8...

Can't say anything about racer slots as I've never witnessed it reaching the full count but increasing it won't hurt I guess.

Also I also agree that timer should be turned off if the race reaches the full count.

The number of slots depends on each race (= number of starting positions). I think 8 is enough, but for new races I'll add some more slots.

I'll change it so the race starts once it's full.
