Let's say that you don't play PTP for a long time, and you forget your password...
You can't restore it easily...

There should be commands like these, to link your email to your account, when you are logged in:
/addemail
/setupauthenticator

And if you forget your password you should enter this command :
/forgotpass

after entering it, it should email you with a code and it should prompt you to enter the code that it emailed you...

same goes for the authenticator, it should prompt you to enter the code generated by the app...

This way we can reduce the times getting locked out of PTP...
