Bug with the PTP site on Windows 98

Hello! As you all might know I use virtual machines but found this strange bug with the site when visiting it on Windows 98...
The top bar doesn't show up, and I cannot navigate through the menus...

Try it on windows 95 or windows 1.0 instead

I do have one, but I can't transfer any files on it cuz DVD is the only option, I don't have a DVD on my laptop...
