i don't see a problem with that, but the silenced pistol has been a part of the gamemode for a long time and it's gonna mess the roleplay for vice (it's not an RP server i know).

He's invisible on map that's why he has Silenced pistol, He's supposed to play defensively and away from presi to not die at the same time and result of a map change
