You usually open the player list to find the id of the player you want to refer to, so it's not a bad idea to do these actions directly from the player list.

I think this idea is better than the original suggestion, it's not that limited and we can expand it with more options if necessary. This will probably be added in a future update.

Also add a report option too in it........it will be easier for us to report just by clicking one option in those panel...
