Referring to the Admins

I saw on an unban-appeal something strange. A level 4 admin had to ask the head Admin to get logs.
Don't get me wrong, but for it seems like they don't have any access to it (level 3-4) , unless they ask the head admins for it. So my suggestion is :

How about all Admins having access to the logs, so it'll be easier to detect individual cheaters for
them, instead of accidently confusing them with laggers. Makes the work easier for them admins in my
opinion.
But, it's just a suggestion from my side!

What lvl3/lvl4 have access to or not is none of your business. End of discussion.
