-1, you guys are looking on 1 problem about hydras, well if president gets RPG, then those terros who are travelling on NRG will get a adverse effect, then president will kill those terros easily, its a useless thread. I will go with -1.

Seriously, most of the suggestions related to NSA would only bring more chaos to this already chaotic and dubious map. This one is a typical example. RPG would be used for anything but shooting hydras down, which is not that easy, unless you've got a lot of ammo, which, in turn, would decisively destroy the remaining attractiveness of the map. -1.
