Suggestion of 10 secs theme sound for registered players when they join the game

Hi all!
As topic title clearly tells what's i am talking about...when some registered player enters the game....his 10 seconds theme sound selected by him should be heard by all players and it's options should be introduced in CP settings..Sound should be no more than 10 seconds..it will be look good as everyone likes to have some signature theme sound which explains them better !

In my opinion, this suggestion only suits for free roam or role play servers, not for this game mode.
