• In-game name - Thunderbird
• Your IP address - [IP address has been removed due to the General Data Protection Regulation]
• The date you were banned - 07/06/2017 00:28:58
• Extra space for you to explain what happened - I had just killed a terrorist with sawed-off shotgun when I was banned for weapon hacks. I don't know why this happened as I was using the default security weapons. Here's a screenshot of the ban where you can see the killfeed as well.
