Great idea, new players could definitely use more support to better integrate themselves into this server. I especially agree about giving them an incentive for watching the tutorial, like sniper ammo or grenades. And by the way - if this idea gets implemented, I can cover the Serbian version of the tutorial.

+1 , many players don't know the point of the server , and if you could add the basic ( or most important ) commands like /rc and /holiday and /tpm or "!" ... etc , because i see a lot of people asking for them every time i'm ingame ; I know there are like some bot messages that tell the commands but newbies don't pay that much attention to them .

Surely it would help newcomers, but I honestly think that the current guide commands we have (like /ptp, /faq, /duty or /commands in general) are enough for players who's strange into nothing but the gamemode. But as it's been mentioned if you're aiming to help those who doesn't have a clue about even the basic stuff like running weapons, drive-by etc. then your tutorial should be extremely detailed as it has to include the basic knowledge like mentioned. And I don't think this server is the place to learn SA-MP from beginning. To sum it up, if you have a basic knowledge about the GTA:SA and SA-MP but you're completely new into the Plan B server, the commands we currently have are enough to unserstand what to do and what not in the server.

Explanation:

I used to play RP servers/DM servers before PTP, they used to have the same thing.Whenever we used to register, that tutorial came and all players used to hate it. Actually players don't even read those tutorials and if you want to play and not get killed by any other player, then you need to do it all alone. We need to learn how to do things alone. I don't really know whether someone will like this post or not, but yes, its a full explanation of not having that system

Agreed, most people simply don't care to check the rules of the server they join and maybe they don't speak English, so this is definitely needed.
