Well, it has nothing with privacy since it only shows country.. It's not a problem if you are not connecting from Vatican or Monaco

Honestly it doesn't matter if just shows your location or whatever cause it won't magically expose ban evaders because shit ton of people live in a country.

I've played on a server where they have this feature and the only thing it does is encourage players to become Sherlock Holmes and harass other players from a certain country because they assume it's a ban evader.

I don't think we need this just to deal with some LoDs. Admins have all the needed data to deal with them and VPNs are not allowed anyways.
