He means that the system will randomly but automatically pick up the vice presidents

upto which 4 slots can be taken up to which means: 1 Presiden + 4 Backup Presi

and this will keep the map from not going over 5x14(assuming presi dies in the last minute)= 70 minutes.

Still -1 tho.

I don't believe a player should be forced to survive a map,newbies will have a disadvantage.
and smart enough regulars will simply start relogging to avoid survival runs.

Why this may work as against the ridiculous map change rates or the exact opposite at some times but I don't think it's really a ideal way to deal with things
 and has more disadvantages than it's advantages.

I don't think it's a good idea to force people into classes they don't want to be in, and especially into classes which have a lot of impact on the gamemode, so this won't be added.
