It would be much better if you have reported it in-game back then, when it was happening, so an online staff member could have taken appropriate actions. Right now, with these screenshots, we can't clearly state whether they were on their way to protect the President or not. It's also hard to determine if they were starting the fights or just defending themselves from other attackers.
We will, however, keep an eye on them so it won't happen again. No one, even a level 2 player, is allowed to disrespect the rules. Statements like this one you have quoted are certainly disturbing and can't be ignored. Thanks for reporting.
