Actually, it is only allowed if both gets agreed on to use bugs. Otherwise, it's not allowed as many of us knows that (I think)... I thought we had that rule was written there 
I see, and I had also thought that we had that rule. But it is not true, and the Rules topic hasn't been modified since November, so it's completely our bad that we failed to keep up. The statement that all of the bugs are allowed in duels is pretty clear, and now I tend to agree with it. The reason is simple: since a duel can occur only by mutual agreement of both duelists, there is no need for admins to interfere into it. The less reasons to punish players we have, the better our system is. If you don't want your opponent to use bugs, learn to negotiate with him; if he refuses to listen, just don't duel with him again. That's it.
