I can this. This is Are bug/glitch in Your computer. When You him kick from bike its normal and no Bug more.

Actually, i guess his partner must have been timeout or kicked(whatever may be the reason), and this player went to driving seat of the bike, but isnt visible on your screen, but if you will shoot him he will take  dmg as usual.
