I think he deserves ban, reasons: It wasn't his first time to do it, he knows rules and he just saw Friuty getting banned because of it, but he decided to start spamming again without giving as single fuck, and here we go, it will start again and again and it will has no ending and a lot of people will be dragged again just like they got before and server will turn into mess. So I hope I see admins taking the right decision with him.
Also he saw a lot of reports before and he knows very very well that it is not allowed, and how admins warned not to repeat it again, but this didn't make him stop spamming by anyway, and here he started spamming again so I think warning won't change anything here, but ofc I agree on any action staff will decide against him.
Edit: He is still spamming just right now in game after he saw the report.
Not just this, here he came to insult me at forums breaking the forum rules again, I won't reply since I will let admins to do their job.
