Add a minigun (10 Seconds)

Hello, I have an idea. You could add a Minigun that lasts 10 seconds, which is activated with a command similar to "/ holiday eng" and that can be used again in 3 minutes. So we could use the machine gun (MINIGUN) for 10 seconds to destroy the president's car or anything else.
