First, if you are banned you should most likely know why. Personally, after watching you for several weeks, there is no doubt that you're using some type of Recoil/Bullet Spread Hack. You did hack, you didn’t admit that you hacked but it is okay. You appealed only because you noticed you were range banned and weren't able to join in another account.

Therefore, you being banned at least 2 months in advance, you are able to join now. Just make sure to uninstall your cheats. Anything after this will result in a permanent ban.
