Bug 1. Civilian cannot use hydra, need to fix that in NSA map: http://i.imgur.com/ILZXcaP.jpg

Bug 2 (maybe it's not bug yet lol). Red County Terrorist Spawn objects are not loaded: http://i.imgur.com/E58HbfN.jpg

1: Fixed (turned it off for the mapping, it's on again now)

2: The mapping of RC isn't finished yet, I don't really have time for it right now, so if anyone else wants to remap that spawn, feel free! Same goes with FC (Airport and terro spawn) and SF (objects close to armour, the helipad etc).
