You have your teamspeak,you mostly join one team with your clan members,use teamchat. This isn't a A/D server,it has its own gamemode and clans aren't the top priority.
It would be too much work making a clan based chat system. That's enough for a NO.

But with which vehicle? Which weapon(in drive by) ?

There is a big circular stadium where these duels can take place. Will have to find its interior ID

Drive by duels are a good idea, they should've been added long ago. Ability to spectate duels is really good as well, duels without spectators aren't the same :p
You should also make it possible to have multiple duels simultaneously using the same arena but different virtual worlds.
Clan chat isn't necessary. It just encourages clan-based gameplay rather than teams and gamemode-based gameplay, which is the way PTP was meant to be played when designed...

I suggest NRG-500 bikes and Tec-9 as weapons, since Uzis deal more damage and are kinda OP in skinshoot DB.

Lmao did you even read what I said? MP5 is the most damaging weapon for DB, it would be dumb to put a weapon that can end the duel in seconds. Better to have a less damaging weapon so that duels can last a little longer, since they are already shortened by skinshoot

Uzi > Tec-9, therefore Uzis should not be the weapon for DB duels.

Question for scripters: is it possible to make the bikes completely resistant to damage during drive-by? Also, dismounting the bike in the middle of the DB duel shouldn't be possible, or at least be punishable by losing the duel.

It's doable.
If I am not mistaken, you can keep those bikes at 10000HP (normal vehicle health is 1000HP), repair & set health back incase damage is inflicted to it.

Or, you can just use bycicles, they can't explode anyways. haha

As for the dismount part.
I can't recall any ways to keep someone locked to a vehicle, so DQ'ing the dude that dismounts seems way easier.

Players shouldn't be locked to vehicle, no one would press the enter/exit key I suppose. And what if the opponent is rammed hard and the player fell off,he should be rewarded by a win. Players will be forced anyways to leave the vehicle if its on fire

• if the player is rammed by the opponent, must be rewarded by a win. ( i am not sure)
• special duel arena, or LV airport. I think it will be better if the DB will go on a special arena.

Btw i noticed something, some hackers spawning Jetpack or Minigun and they won't be banned by AntiCheat.

I don't think someone would press the enter/exit key, but shit happens. Anyone could press it by mistake.

I don't think its possible to keep player in vehicle if hr falls of.  If the bike has godmode(1000+) health the duels would take way more time. And it would be challenging too to manage your vehicle health as well your HP. No?

No lol, skinshooting itself has shortened DB duels when compared to lagshooting. It is very frustrating when your bike takes more damage than your opponent's, so why just not eliminate that problem so that everyone can focus only on the fight
