Date it occured: 29.7.2017.
Reason for the report: This guy and his friend,
Mardeka, have been basically unbeatable for 3-4 rounds. Reason is that they're either toggling HH or are just so terribly desynced/have terribly bad connection. I personally think it's HH toggling. IndonesiaMardeka was able to lose health at one point when he was in a car, but I didn't get that on video unfortunately. Then, he stepped out and completely stopped taking any damage. At the end of the video, you can see he started to lose some health again. Alcor is my witness.
