No [/rc] near or in Spawn
« on: September 20, 2016, 01:26:07 am »
Hey Guys  ;D

First post here ; this should be considered in the reports tab, but as I do not have any proof, i'm posting it here.

Once when I was playing as police, I was with another VIP police. This guy... he drives the car into terrorist's spawn and he re-classed (/rc t) and killed me easily. (I didn't know how to record it.)

I don't want this to happen. I hope the admins take note of this and help by not allowing players to re-class near/in the interested team's spawn.

Thanks :)

Why would you disable /rc near spawn? What are you doing at the other team's spawn in the first place?

The guy who re-classed drove the car into the spawn without me knowing. And he re-classed.

It is allowed. Since you entered his spawn.
Sorry to say but this is completely bullshit.

Since 2010.
• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did):I killed ahmed and he tried to accuse me for killing him

Wow you had 1 possibility out of 1 Milion to encounter this. Who's the gentlman tho? Say it here, publicly. Anyway as this is very rare to happen I think it might be not that useful to insert it in the GameMode.
Thanks anyway for your suggestion!

If I recall, backstabbing team mates that are suspiciously hanging around another team's spawn is not exactly against the rules. It wasn't teamkill, 'cause he reclassed and got your ass. And it wasn't spawnkill, since you are free to kill anyone that's not on your team and that's hanging around your spawn.
The guy who re-classed drove the car into the spawn without me knowing. And he re-classed.
Also, it's not against the rules to drive careless team-mates into another team's spawn and reclassing soon after.

I understand that you feel hard done by in this instance but just because Jonne has been kind enough to implement a lot of suggested ideas doesn't mean every absurd and futile suggestion is worthy.

Your suggestion not needed all the time and it happens one in a million.

But another problem is; /rc to avoid death. Maybe this suggestion will be more useful for to solve death evades; we can add /rc timer for second time. I mean once you type /rc, you have to wait 1 minute to type /Rc again or something like that. Still it doesn't solve %100, but will be effective to stop rule breakers and let them think for a while lol

Or execute the reclassing 5 seconds after one types /rc

As people said, you shouldn't have been in that spawn in the first place, you could have left the car earlier. I'm not going to add anything to the script for something that happens very rarely.

That's already in (15 seconds now, disabled for admins though).

I think this will get very annoying very quickly, so I don't really want to put that in for now.
