Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): He was using Teleport hacks every so often.

Any screenshots or videos that go along with the report: You can see the ID of the player in the Video. Plus two additional screenshots of witnesses in game. Note that in Video between 12th to 17th seconds he teleported himself somewhere (as seen on Minimap).
P.S: The Video is a bit laggy sorry for that but I just have Reinstalled my Bandicam so I need to set it well.

Your video TBH isn't showing any proof that he really teleported. He was near on your NRG. So i cannot say that he teleported.

About the screenshot, it is also not a strong proof. Not everyone has accurate reports.

But this guy has been ban evading a lot. So i will ban him.
