• The date you were banned - 31.12.2017 10:00 (GMT+10)
• Extra space for you to explain what happened - Recently I learnt about the /sniper command, I used it frequently, and, when I was shooting, I noticed that my ammo was not decreasing. I thought that it was normal, but eventually I got banned for infinite ammo. I do not use any cheats, and, as far as I am aware, my game client is absolutely clean.

Hello, Mirozdatel.

We have analyzed this situation once more, as it was not the first ban for spawning sniper ammunition. It looks more like a system bug which has wrongly alerted us about players using ammo hacks. In this case, there is no reason for you to be banned.

Please, accept my apologies for this misunderstanding.
